Before you send it
How far in advance should I book?
Weddings are usually six to twelve months out. Corporate holiday parties start going in September and October. Private parties often come together in four to eight weeks. Peak season Saturdays go earliest of all. If your date is close, call or text rather than wait on email.
What does it cost?
Every quote is built around hours, guest count, venue, location, production requirements and any add-ons, so I price it after we talk rather than off a list. Give me the details in the form and the number comes back within 24 hours.
How do I hold my date?
A signed agreement and a 30% retainer secures it. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. I accept credit and debit cards, ACH, Zelle, and other approved payment methods. For established companies I also work against a purchase order on net 30.
What areas do you cover?
Palm Beach County is home base, and I regularly work in Miami-Dade, St. Lucie, Broward and Martin counties. Destination events and the Keys are quoted with the package.
I am not sure about some of the details yet. Should I still send it?
Yes. Date and contact details are the only things I really need to check availability. Everything else can be filled in as your plans firm up.
