What makes the difference
The best song in the world can still be the wrong song for the moment.
A wedding can put four generations in one ballroom. A fiftieth birthday can move from old-school R&B to Afrobeats to salsa inside an hour. A company party usually starts as background music and ends as a dance floor, if the DJ reads it right.
Preparation gives me the starting plan. Reading the room decides where the night goes. Here is how I learned to do that.

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Send your date and details through the booking form and I will call you for a quick planning conversation. There is no cost and no obligation.
Can you add cold sparks or fog?
Yes, through trusted event partners. Most venues allow cold sparks, but some require approval, so I confirm with your venue ahead of time.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, six to twelve months is typical, and peak season dates in South Florida go early. Private parties and corporate events often come together in four to eight weeks. If your date is close, call or text, it's worth asking.
What does it cost, and how do I hold my date?
Each quote considers your event timeline, guest count, venue, location, production requirements, and any additional enhancements. Your date is secured with a signed agreement and 30% retainer, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event. I accept credit and debit cards, ACH, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.
Do you handle announcements, or just play music?
I am a DJ first. I handle the announcements most events need: introductions, toasts, cake, last dance and any timeline cues. If you want a dedicated host running games or a full program on the microphone, I would recommend a separate MC, and I am glad to work alongside one.
Do you offer karaoke?
Yes. I run karaoke on a licensed professional catalog, and guests add songs from their phones. It fits birthdays, house parties and company team nights, as its own hour or mixed into the dance set.
Can we give you a playlist and a do-not-play list?
Yes, and I recommend it. Send must-plays, first-dance selections and anything you never want to hear. I build the framework from your list and read the room live from there.
What happens if equipment fails mid-event?
Professional backup equipment, redundant music libraries, spare cables and backup power travel with me to every event. When you're celebrating, the last thing you should have to think about is what happens if something goes wrong.
How far do you travel, and is there a fee?
Palm Beach County is home base, and I regularly work in Miami-Dade, St. Lucie, Broward and Martin counties. Beyond that, including destination and Keys events, travel is quoted with the package.
Does my venue need a certificate of insurance?
A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request, and I send it straight to your venue so the booking process stays simple.
